Private Advocacy & Support Coordination
Your voice matters. Your needs matter. We help you navigate complex systems and ensure you're heard.
When you're trying to access services, understand your rights, or advocate for appropriate support, the systems can feel impossible to navigate. We walk alongside you, helping you understand your options, coordinating across multiple providers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks—all without insurance red tape or agency waitlists.
What We Do:
System Navigation & Resource Connection
We help you understand what services exist, who provides them, how to access them, and what you're entitled to. From DHHS programs to community resources, we connect you with the right support at the right time.
Care Coordination Across Providers When you're working with multiple providers—therapists, schools, medical professionals, agencies—keeping everyone on the same page is exhausting. We coordinate communication, ensure consistency, and make sure your goals stay central to all services.
IEP & Educational Support
Attending IEP meetings can be overwhelming. We help you prepare, attend meetings with you as your advocate, ensure your child's needs are accurately documented, and follow up to make sure accommodations are actually implemented.
ISP Development & Monitoring
For individuals receiving DD services, we help develop, review, and monitor your Individualized Support Plan to ensure it reflects your true goals and that services are delivered as promised.
Systems Problem-Solving
Services denied? Provider not responsive? Confused about eligibility? We help troubleshoot problems, file appeals when necessary, and find alternative solutions when systems aren't working.
Rights Education & Self-Advocacy Training
Our ultimate goal is to help you advocate for yourself. We teach you about your rights, help you develop self-advocacy skills, and provide backup support when you need it.

What Makes Us Different:
We Don't Replace You, We Empower You
Our goal isn't to speak for you forever. It's to help you understand systems, build your confidence, and develop skills to advocate for yourself while providing backup when you need it.
No Agency Bureaucracy
We're not part of a large agency with rigid policies and waitlists. We respond quickly, work flexibly, and focus entirely on your individual needs.
Lived Experience Matters
We understand neurodiversity and disability not just professionally, but personally. We get it because we've lived it.
Private Pay = Your Choice
Because you're paying privately (not through Medicaid or insurance), you maintain complete control over your services. No approval delays, no session limits, no fighting with insurance companies.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need to have Medicaid or insurance?
No. These are private-pay services. You pay directly, which means no dealing with insurance approvals or limitations.
Can you guarantee results (like service approvals)?
We can't guarantee outcomes in systems we don't control, but we can guarantee we'll work tirelessly to understand your rights, present your case effectively, and explore every available option.
How long will I need advocacy support?
It varies. Some families need help with a single IEP meeting. Others need ongoing coordination across multiple providers for months or years. We tailor our support to your situation.
What if I can't afford your services?
We offer sliding scale pricing for families with documented financial need. Contact us to discuss options—we'll work with you to find a solution.
Do you provide legal representation?
No. We are advocates, not attorneys. If your situation requires legal representation (such as due process hearings), we can help you find appropriate legal resources.
"Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one's potential." -Bruce Lee
