Find Your Outlet - Workshop

Discover Healthy Pathways for Emotional Release & Joy.

Designed for neurodivergent adults and youth, people with developmental disabilities, and anyone navigating anxiety, anger, depression, or everyday stress. All activities can be adapted for different mobility, sensory-processing, or communication needs.

Participants sample a variety of creative, physical, and reflective outlets, learn why each one can regulate emotion and build resilience, and leave with a personalized “Outlet Plan” they can continue at home or with a support team.
