Navigate Life with Confidence: Private Support for Neurodivergent Individuals & Families

We provide personalized advocacy, life skills coaching, and respite care for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges, without the wait lists or bureaucracy of traditional agencies.

Every person's journey is different. That's why we take time to understand your specific challenges, goals, and strengths before creating a support plan that actually works for your life. From developing coping strategies and life skills to advocating for accommodations and connecting you with community resources, we focus on practical solutions that make a real difference.

Our role isn't to fix you, it's to help you build the skills and confidence to navigate life on your terms. Take the first step toward greater independence and well-being. Contact us to learn how we can support your journey.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone

Advocating for yourself or your child can feel isolating. You're dealing with complex systems, confusing jargon, and people who don't always understand.

Let's Talk About What You've Probably Experienced:

  • Agencies that treat you like a case number instead of a human being with unique needs
  • Providers who take your money but deliver minimal involvement, scarce guidance, and zero genuine care
  • Service providers who claim neurodiversity expertise but clearly don't understand how autistic or ADHD brains actually work
  • Professionals who lack basic communication skills to effectively support neurodivergent individuals
  • One-size-fits-all solutions that ignore your child's (or your own) specific strengths and challenges

Sound familiar? You're not imagining it. And you're not being "difficult" for wanting actual expertise and genuine support.

Here's how Goliath Advocacy is different:

You've been let down before. That's exactly why we built something different. No BS. No empty promises. Just real support from people who genuinely understand.

Real-World Guidance

Not generic templates. Not theoretical advice. Actual strategies that work in real schools, real workplaces, real life.

Genuine Neurodiversity Understanding

We don't just claim expertise, we live it. We understand executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, social exhaustion, and masking because it's our reality too.

You're a Person, Not a Paycheck

We're not here to take your money and disappear. Our membership model means we succeed when YOU succeed. We're invested in your long-term outcomes.

Ongoing Support

Your needs don't stop after one consultation. Neither does our support. Community, monthly coaching, new resources, we're here for the long haul.

Get Exactly What You Need, When You Need It

Whether you're preparing for your first IEP meeting, requesting workplace accommodations, or planning your teenager's transition to adulthood, we have the tools, guidance, and support to help you succeed.

Choose the support that fits your situation and budget. No gatekeeping. No one-size-fits-all. Just real solutions for where you are right now.

Together, we ensure every person progresses.

Your Questions, Answered with Care

What can I expect during my first interaction with Goliath Advocacy

We start with a free, no-pressure conversation by phone, email, or video call, whatever feels comfortable for you. We'll listen to your situation, answer your questions, and help you understand how we might support you. There's no obligation, no sales pitch, just a genuine conversation about what you need and whether we're a good fit. Most consultations take 20-30 minutes.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to receive support?

Not at all. We welcome you exactly as you are. Whether you have a diagnosis, are in the process of seeking one, or simply know you need support, we're here to help. Our focus is on your individual needs and goals, not labels.

How much does it cost to work with Goliath Advocacy?

Our services range from $50-75/hour depending on the type of support, with package discounts available for multiple sessions. Advocacy packages start at $500. We also offer sliding scale pricing for families with documented financial need. Contact us for a free consultation to discuss your specific situation and explore payment options that work for your budget.

What's the difference between your services and traditional therapy?

We're not therapists and don't provide clinical mental health treatment. Instead, we offer practical advocacy, life skills coaching, and respite care that help you navigate systems, build independence, and access the support you need. If you need licensed therapy or counseling, we can help you find appropriate providers in your area. Think of us as your guide and advocate, not your therapist.

Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?

Our advocacy, life skills coaching, and respite care services are private pay, which means you pay directly without insurance involvement. This gives you more flexibility, faster access, and no session limits. We do provide some Medicaid-funded services through our HCBS program. Contact us to learn which option is right for your situation.

How do you personalize support for each individual?

Your journey is uniquely yours, and so is our approach. We take time to understand your strengths, challenges, cultural background, and personal goals. From there, we build a support plan that feels right for you, adapting and adjusting as you grow and your needs evolve.

Can family members or caregivers be involved in the process?

Absolutely, and we encourage it when it feels right for you. We recognize that support systems are vital, and we're happy to include family members, caregivers, or trusted friends in your journey, always with your consent and at your comfort level.

Do you offer virtual/remote support options?

Yes! We understand that in-person meetings aren't always possible or comfortable for everyone. We offer virtual sessions and remote support so you can access our services from wherever feels safest and most convenient for you.

How quickly can I get started?

Many clients start within 1-2 weeks of their initial consultation. Unlike traditional agencies with long waitlists, our private-pay model allows us to be responsive to your timeline. Contact us today and we'll schedule your free consultation as soon as this week.

Our Approach

Too many support services treat people like problems to be solved. We don't. At Goliath Advocacy, we start with what you're already good at, what you want to achieve, and what support would actually help, not what some agency manual says you need.

We work with individuals with ADHD, autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges who want to build independence, develop practical skills, and navigate systems that weren't designed with them in mind.

What makes us different:

  • We empower, not replace. Our goal isn't to speak for you forever, it's to teach you self-advocacy skills while providing backup support when you need it.
  • We're practical, not theoretical. Life skills coaching happens in your kitchen, at the grocery store, on the bus, wherever the skill actually matters. Advocacy happens in real meetings with real stakes.
  • We're fast and flexible. No months-long waitlists. No insurance approval delays. Private-pay services mean you get support when you need it, how you need it.
  • We're neurodiversity-affirming. We don't try to make you "act normal." We help you build skills and access support in ways that work for YOUR brain and YOUR life.

Whether you need advocacy to navigate complex systems, life skills coaching to build independence, or respite care to give your family a break, we're here to help you live life on your own terms.

"Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it."
